Loucas Lianos, Owner of Core Fitness Studios Inc., has been an industry professional and personal trainer for over 25 years. He is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a personal trainer and performance enhancement specialist, as well as a TRX® certified trainer. As a NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist, Loucas has the ability to help you improve your flexibility, speed, agility and performance of both professional athletes and weekend warriors. His passion for fitness is evident to everyone around him and extremely motivating to his clientele. Loucas has worked with a variety of individuals at all different training levels from high school athletes, to Long Island's C.W. Post women's basketball team, adolescents, and woman and men of all fitness levels in their mid-70s. He has helped create many success stories, including Season 3's winner of "The Biggest Loser", Erik Chopin. He specializes in weight loss, strength and conditioning, flexibility, sports specific training, corrective exercise, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and overall cardiovascular conditioning.
Audra Lianos, Co-Owner of Core Fitness & NASM Certified Personal Trainer developed a love of fitness 24 years ago after a long struggle with her weight. She has also been a Spinning instructor for the last 9 years and loves it more and more each day! Audra's passion for food and fitness inspire here to change lives in dramatic ways. She is high energy, extremely motivating, supportive, and loads of fun! Don't mistake her size for how hard she will make you work!
Brian Dunn is a personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist who is certified through The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), as well as a TRX® certified trainer. Brian has been involved with sports and fitness for most of his life, thus becoming very well experienced with injuries and injury prevention. As a corrective exercise specialist, Brian is able to help you prevent injuries due to muscle imbalances and poor movement. He also has many years of experience working hands-on with children and teens that have special needs. Brian is very positive, committed, and highly motivated to help his clients achieve their fitness goals.
Alex is a licensed Physical Therapist who graduated with his doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Scranton. His clinical focus lies in orthopaedics, and joint replacement rehabilitation. Alex is a certified full body provider of the Active Release Technique (ART). ART is used to restore motion and function of soft tissue and to treat problems that develop with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, as well as a member of the APTA’s Sports Physical Therapy Section, and the Orthopaedic Section.
Joe is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS) certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Joe received his Master's and Bachelor's in Nutrition & Exercise Sciences. He is totally committed to the science and application of proven methods to achieve any health and fitness goal. Coinciding with his knowledge and experience, Joe has a tremendous passion for your wellbeing, your health and your results.
Christine is a certified Personal Trainer who is certified through AFAA (The Aerobics and Fitness Association of America), TRX certified, Les Mills Bodypump, Group Fitness certified through AFAA and Step certified through the YMCA. She has been instructing group classes for twelve years and doing personal training for three years. She keeps her classes high energy and always strives to motivate her clients. She will modify her classes to accommodate all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. Everyone will benefit from her constantly changing and challenging workouts! Christine is always on top of the fitness industry trends to keep her classes fresh and new. She also enjoys the newest music to keep her classes upbeat the entire time!
